During March and April 2014 The Architecture Foundation’s Urban Pioneers programme went to Derry~Londonderry, in partnership with PLACE, the built environment centre for Northern Ireland.
For the first edition of the Urban Pioneers programme outside of London we ran a series of free creative workshops with architects, artists, writers and designers to examine the built environment, through which we worked with seven young people from Derry~Londonderry and the surrounding area to make the phamplet publication "An Inventory of Spaces in Derry".
If you would like more information please contact The Architecture Foundation's Education Manager, Aislinn White. You can also see what the Pioneers' got up to on their own blog.
The Urban Pioneers Programme is sponsored by Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners.
