Announced at the launch of an exhibition showcasing a selection of designs, the five strong shortlist are Atmos, Dream Studio, Quinn Architecture, Studio Meda and Tughela Gino Architecture. The winning proposal will be built as a prototype later this year.
The shortlist were selected from over 50 entries and judged anonymously by a panel including: Jonathan Bell, Architecture Editor, Wallpaper* magazine; Sarah Ichioka, Director, The Architecture Foundation; Deborah Saunt, Director, DSDHA; Giles Semper, Deputy CEO, Better Bankside; Ashok Sinha, Chief Executive, London Cycling Campaign and Sarah Walton, Assistant Director, Cross River Partnership.
