The AF, together with the Building Design Magazine, has set up an international ideas competition for Robin Hood Gardens, the housing development by Allison and Peter Smithson in east London. When Robin Hood Gardens were being threatened with demolition, the aim of the competition was to find creative solutions for retaining the building while allowing intensification of the site, to propose an imaginative approach to save and transform the 70's icon. Zoran Radivojevic was announced as the winner.
