Scaffold 135: Vincenzo Latronico

Recorded live at the Barbican, this episode marks the publication of Order Prevails in Berlin, a new essay by the Italian novelist Vincenzo Latronico that acts as an autobiographical key to his International Booker Prize-shortlisted novel Perfection.

Published by the Architecture Foundation and translated by Sophie Hughes, Order Prevails in Berlin is available now via the AF's online shop.

Vincenzo Latronico was born in Rome in 1984 and currently lives in Milan. He is an art critic and has translated many books into Italian, by authors such as George Orwell, Oscar Wilde, F. Scott Fitzgerald and Hanif Kureishi. Perfection is his fourth novel, the first to be translated into English.
