The London Festival of Architecture (LFA) has announced an open call for projects by independent practices, designers, artists and curators to form part of the 2014 edition of the Festival.
Now in its 10th year the Festival is initiated by The Architecture Foundation, the British Council, RIBA London and New London Architecture to celebrate London’s role as a global hub of architectural experimentation, thinking, learning and practice. This year's Festival programme will see leading cultural institutions present innovative activities across the city from 1st to 30th June.
The Festival is delighted to invite proposals for independently funded and delivered projects from installations and exhibitions to debates, workshops and family activities that respond to this year's theme of 'Capital'. To submit a project participants are asked to provide a short proposal by 3 April 2014. An expert jury including our Deputy Director, Moira Lascelles will then select a number of projects to be included in the official LFA 2014 programme.
For full application details please visit the LFA 2014 website. Good luck!
