New film and Q&A added to July's Architecture on Film

We are delighted to announce that in addition to the screening of Occupying Brazil and Torre David, the 10 July edition of Architecture on Film will now also include the UK Premiere of Urban Think Tank's Gran Horizonte: Around the Day in 80 Worlds, plus a conversation with Urban Think-Tank's Alfredo Brillembourg and Daniel Schwarz chaired by Justin McGuirk, writer, critic, curator and author of Radical Cities (Verso, 2014).

The evening will offer a special opportunity to explore the role of cinema and film as device of urban research in the work of celebrated interdisciplinary design studio Urban-Think Tank, alongside a close exploration of informal design strategies the world over, and the social and economic conditions in Sao Pailo and Caracas which have led thousands to occupy and adapt abandoned existing building's for their own use.

This screening is kindly supported by the Embassy of Switzerland in the United Kingdom
