The Architecture Foundation is delighted to announce that Futures in the Making, a group exhibition showcasing speculative architectural futures explored in the work of recent architecture graduates, is now open in the AF Project Space.
The AF curated exhibition, which aims to share and explore new ideas for architecture and infrastructure by the latest generation of architectural talent, showcases seven selected projects, including drawings, models and research, by postgraduate students from some of London’s leading architecture schools.
Featured projects range from spectacular pollution capturing façades and novel co-housing solutions to disassembled suburban housing and ideas for celebratory residential infrastructures in floodplains as well as innovative agrarian settlements in Sub-Saharan Africa.
The exhibition will be accompanied by a public events programme, which will question what’s next for this generation of recent architecture graduates, and explore future avenues for architectural education in the UK. For more information please visit our exhibition page.
Emphasising The AF’s role as a critical platform for emerging talent, it is intended that a curated survey of postgraduate architectural work will become an annual part of our public programme going forward.
