The AF's new exhibition Autodesk Young Architect of the Year Award 2011 is now open in our Southwark Project Space.
The exhibition, celebrating the UK’s most promising emerging practices, has been designed by 2010 YAYA shortlisted practice Moxon Architects with graphic designer Helios Capdevila. The design encompasses a large-scale illustration containing one key project from each participating long-listed practice, which envelops the entire space, providing both a backdrop for the exhibition and a detailed presentation of the variety of work by this year’s entrants.
A special focus has also been paid to the six shortlisted practices to give an insight into individual personalities and working methods, offering an eye-opening and diverse array of approaches to architecture. These six architects will present their work live, in a session chaired by BD Editor Ellis Woodman, on the evening of Tuesday 8 November.
Don't miss your chance to come and judge for yourself which practice you think should win the award before the winner is announced on the 15 November.
