The shortlist for the Bankside Bikeshed design competition was announced this morning at the launch of an exhibition showcasing a selection of entries. From an impressive and diverse number of submissions, the jury, including Deborah Saunt, Director, DSDHA; Ashok Sinha, Chief Executive, London Cycling Campaign; Sarah Ichioka, Director, The Architecture Foundation and Jonathan Bell Architecture Editor, Wallpaper* magazine have selected five designs, with a winner to be announced at the end of March. The winning design will be prototyped in May 2011.
