The latest education programme from the Architecture Foundation is now underway in Barking. The six Barking Urban Pioneers will collaborate with a range of creative professionals including architects, oral historians, photographers, filmmakers, and artists, to create a body of work exploring the regeneration of this dynamic area of London.
The Pioneers will spend the next three months critically exploring issues relating to housing and urban public space. The project culminates in the Pioneers presenting their findings at a celebration event at the AF in early April.
You can keep up to date with what they're getting up to at their blog.
For more details please contact Tom Keeley, the AF's Assistant Education Coordinator.
